Helping our clients in HR leadership bring their department vision to life. This map articulates the HR foundation, including the core values and mission of the team - as well as the big three-year vision, and five areas of strategic focus. The map helped to communicate with and align the border team.
Customer Experience of the Future
Our client is the largest privately owned veterinary practice in the United States. This map visualizes the north-star for pet care and the areas of focus for the organization to make the vision real. This map was one in a series of four used by the CEO to communicate his bold strategy to the organization.
Public Health in Oregon
We visualized the vision for Health Equity in the state of Oregon, focusing on better outcomes for all. The map was used by government stakeholders as a tool for storytelling and change, illustrating the current state, future state, and how the team needs to work differently to get there.
Vision for Community Safety
Working with a local Department of Community Justice, we created a vision map live as we facilitated a conversation with the Executive Team around their vision for community safety.
